Lincoln, Maine - Lucinda "Cindy" Woo, 70, of Lincoln, ME, passed away on March 24, 2025, at a hospital in Bangor, ME, following a courageous decade-long battle with lung and breathing issues. Born on October 2, 1955, in Caribou, Cindy was the beloved daughter of Albert Anderson and Barbara True-Hazard.
She grew up in Caribou and lived in Phoenix and Virginia before eventually settling in Lincoln, ME. Cindy was a well-known restaurant owner remembered for her "can-do" attitude and constant smile. She had a deep love for her family and, from an early age, was always ready to lend a hand or offer sound advice.
Cindy is survived by her brother, Richard Anderson; her son, Lucien Woo; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bob" Woo; her brother, Albert Anderson Jr.; and her sisters, Carla Anderson-Glass and Merleen Anderson-White.
Cindy will be remembered for her kindness, her humor, and the lasting legacy of love and guidance she provided to her family and community.
