Southwest Harbor, Maine - Kimberly Ann Sawyer, 56, passed away peacefully at her home in Southwest Harbor, Maine, on January 5, 2026, following several years of health challenges faced with strength and resilience. Kimberly was born on September 9, 1969, in Houlton, Maine.

She was predeceased by her mother, Doreen Bragg; her father, Harold Sawyer; and her stepfather, Jerry McIver. Kim's pride and joy were her family. She is survived by her daughter, Caley Smith and her husband, Jake, and granddaughter, Addyson, all of Bar Harbor, Maine; and her son, Matt Morse and his wife, Danielle, of Plymouth, ME. She is also survived by her brothers, Tom Sawyer, Ed Sawyer, and Jeff Sawyer. Kim leaves behind many beloved nieces, nephews, and special friends who will miss her deeply. Above all else, Kim treasured her children, her grandchild, and her beloved cat, Spooky, who brought her great comfort and companionship.

A celebration of life will be held on January 17 at 11 a.m. at Patten Pentecostal Church. All who knew and loved Kim are welcome to attend and celebrate her life.
