Madawaska, Maine - Joan M. McHenry, 81, passed away on Dec. 5, 2025, at a Fort Kent health care facility. She was born in Fort Kent on July 17, 1944, daughter of the late John and Isabelle (Roy) Guimond.
Joan is survived by two daughters, Debra and her husband, John Clavette, of Madawaska, and Cheryl and her husband Jon Corbin of Kentucky; a son, Ted McHenry and his partner, Jennifer, of Limington; one sister, Rita and her husband, George Pelletier, of Fort Fairfield; eleven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Joan was predeceased by her husband, Edward A. McHenry, Sr.; her son, John Dixon; and several brothers and sisters, Josephat, Conrad, Arthur, Jeanne, Theresa, and Yvonne.
