PRESQUE ISLE and ANDOVER, Mass. - Isabelle V. (Parker) Haines, 95, passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019 in Burlington, MA. She was born Feb. 14, 1923, in Ft. Fairfield, Maine, the daughter of Margaret (Cummings) Parker and Elvin J. Parker.

Isabelle graduated from the Presque Isle school system, and earned her degree in Practical Nursing from the Northern Maine Vocational Technical Institute in March, 1969. She worked at TAMC and in private duty home nursing for many years in the Presque Isle area. She was very active at St. Mary's Church, serving as a Eucharistic minister there, bringing communion to those in Nursing Home care.

She is survived by her daughter, Marjorie (Haines) Ballou and husband, William of Andover, MA., with whom she lived for the past four years. She is also survived by her son, Joseph Haines, and his wife, Joyce, of Mapleton, a daughter, Judith Haines Samulski, of Buffalo,NY, her daughter, Joan Haines Lloyd and her husband, Alberto Ramirez of Hebron, Ct., and her daughter, Patricia Haines Gordon, of Amesbury, MA. Her grandchildren include Kurt Ballou, Jody, Shaun, Troy, and Bethany Haines, and Charles Lucas Gordon, as well as numerous greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Charles B. Haines, and 2 sons who died in childhood, Billy and Johnny Haines, and by her grandson, Joshua Samulski. She is also predeceased by her siblings, John, Parker, Mary Kakos, Barbara White, Helen Goslin, Richard Smith, Robert Smith, and Hollis Smith.

Family and friends may call from 10-11AM on Saturday, May 18, 2019 Parish of the Precious Blood, St. Mary's Church in Presque Isle where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on at 11AM. Interment will follow services at Fairmount Cemetery. Memories and condolences may be shared with the family at
