Houlton - Deanna Lee (Bither) Estabrook, 65, passed away January 10, 2020, while surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 8, 1954 in Houlton, the daughter of Herbert and Dorothy (Malone) Bither.
Deanna graduated from Hodgdon High School, Class of 1972. Following graduation she married her high school sweetheart, Steven Estabrook. While raising their two boys Deanna put herself through CNA school and spent most of her life caring for others.
Deanna was an amazing cook, who is most known for her amazing cookies, who she would often gift to others. She spent many memorable times at her camp in Amity and loved to go four-wheeling. Deanna was an avid reader who loved a good book and she loved spending time with her family, particularly her four grandchildren.
Deanna is survived by her husband Steven; her sons, Brent Estabrook and his wife, Sarah of Linneus and Edward Estabrook and his wife, Jessa of Amity; her grandchildren Garrett, Morgan, Charlotte and Hudson; two sisters Joy Ivey and her husband Mike of Hodgdon and Amy Tingley and her husband Maynard of Littleton; a very special niece Heidi Fitzpatrick and her husband David of Houlton and their son Jeremy; special friends Rod and Judy Beals, Jennifer McManemon, Leigh Stillwell, Michelle Gardner, Judy Eastham, Charleen McGary, Doreen Lynds, Janet Farrar, Tom and Beth Quint, Paul and Linda Stewart, Tony and Rhonda Tower, Tim and Kathy Blanchette, Phyllis Donnelly and Diane Cassidy.
She was predeceased by her parents; her sisters Freida Bither, Bonnie Brewer, Peggy Stewart; and her brother Herbie Jr.
Per Deanna's wish there will be no funeral at this time. A graveside service will be held at Amity Cemetery in the spring. Those who wish to remember Deanna in a special way may make childrens' book donations to their local library or school system in her memory.
