Littleton, Maine - Cleo F. Jameson, 87, passed away January 29, 2026, in Houlton. She was born August 13, 1938, in Monticello, the daughter of Thomas and Flora "Polly" (Stockford) Davis.
Cleo worked for more than fifteen years as a nurse at Madigan Hospital in Houlton until its closing. She enjoyed spending her free time playing bingo, traveling all over the state and into the New Brunswick area. She was also very involved with the Linneus Sno Sport Club, from its creation in the 1970s until her passing. She helped with countless dinners, poker runs, benefit dinners and called bingo for many many years when she wasn't playing. She enjoyed chatting on the phone with her friends, and was always checking in with her kids and grandkids on their day-to-day activities.
Cleo is survived by her children, David and Wanda Jameson of Houlton, Dana Jameson of Houlton, Dale Jameson of Houlton, and Darlene and Dale Korhonen of Carmel, as well as seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; one son, Daniel Jameson; three brothers, Robert Davis, Cedric Davis and Mack Davis; as well as her two sisters, Pam Davis and Sandra Davis.
Friends may call on Saturday, February 7, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Bowers Funeral Home, 10 Water St., Houlton, with a funeral service beginning at noon with Pastor Wayne Robertson officiating.
